Every event is custom-quoted based on your venue, guest count, and program. Once we give you a number and you sign a contract, that number doesn't change — it's guaranteed in writing before you pay a deposit. If your event runs long, your program shifts, or something unexpected happens on our end, your price stays the same. The only thing that moves your price is a change order you request.
Any venue that allows outside vendors — yes. We work at independent event spaces, warehouses, rooftops, breweries, corporate offices, parks, and private properties. We advance every event with the venue directly. Note: some major hotel ballrooms have exclusive in-house AV contracts — we'll tell you upfront if your venue is one of them.
Yes — live band and music mixing is included in our Full Room and Production packages. If you have live entertainment, we handle front-of-house mixing as part of your package. Just mention it when you request your quote so we can scale the system appropriately.
We recommend 4–8 weeks for most events. Peak dates — May, June, October, November, and December — fill quickly. We take one event per date. Once a Saturday is booked, it's gone. Contact us now to check your specific date before someone else takes it.
Yes. We regularly produce outdoor events including 5Ks, community gatherings, outdoor ceremonies, and park events. Outdoor audio requires a different approach — we discuss power access, site footprint, and weather considerations in your planning call so everything is accounted for.
